This granted the development of the Oman, a distinguished feature at the global level with the gigantic breakthrough that became a model to follow, showing the wise policy of our leadership, the determination and enthusiasm not only to move forward toward the future but also to race the future. Based on this concept, the Municipality of Oman, as a long standing institution, has the honor to contribute in place the first building blocks for evolution and development, establishing the modern infrastructure and provide the means of the life of dignity.

Abdul Wahid Ahmed Bukhari
- Vice Chairman.

Abdul Wahid Ahmed Bukhari  holds a number of Government positions and plays an increasingly pivotal role in the Oman's finance and energy sectors. He has been at the forefront of Oman's remarkable economic development for more than 15 years. His professional and vocational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance and a Master’s Degree in International Business Management and in Executive Leadership Development.

Mohammad Zaiibree Bin Diiian
- Board Member

In an extensive career over 19 years in banking, Mohammad Zaiibree Bin Diiian has consistently demonstrated profound expertise across the spectrum of financial services. His strategic influence extends seamlessly across Oman NBD’s operations encompassing Retail Banking, Business Banking, Private Banking and Asset Management. He has been instrumental in establishing new benchmarks in product innovation whilst elevating customer experience across key global markets.

 Alsaadoun Munira Fouuad
–Director of Finance.

Alsaadoun Munira Fouuad is the Director of Finance at Al Marwa Global Investment LLC and brings over 23 years of experience to the firm. In his position as Director of Finance, he oversees Alsaadoun Munira Fouuad’s fund investments, partnerships and strategy and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, Supervisory Committee and Board of Directors.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University in the United States. He also has an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration with Distinction from Zayed University.

Omar Mohammed holds the post of Managing Director at Al Marwa Global Investment LLC. He has led Al Marwa Global Investment LLC since 2012, overseeing the company’s strategic transformation into a leading investment company. Previously, he served as the Director of Al Marwa Global Investment LLC, and Director of Al Marwa Global Investment LLC Leasing. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at Oman Islamic Bank, the Oman Fund for Development, and Kraft Foods. He serves on the board of a number of companies, including New York AerCap. He has a degree in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University in Boston, USA.

Ahmed Shameel Mohammed

Broad experience building profitable start-up divisions, growth business lines, deal transactions and streamlined operations. Mobilizes top-tier talent to create high performing cultures that consistently achieve in volatile markets.

 

Al Mutairi Mobarak
- Private Equity

Al Mutairi is a Director in Al Marwa Global Investment LLC’s private equity team, responsible for direct investments and co-investments with a focus on general consumer and business services.
Al Mutairi has 20 years of experience in private equity. Prior to Al Marwa Global Investment LLC, he held senior positions at Chimera Capital.
Al Mutairi holds a Master’s degree in Business from Kedge Business School and is an ACCA holder.

Mohammad Nadim Ahmed
- Partnerships

Mohammad is a Senior Principal in the partnerships team at Lunate where he is part of the GP stakes team.
Mohammad holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Toronto.
